As a Site Traffic Management Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining smooth traffic flow and implementing vital safety measures.

Role Overview:

• Manage traffic and prioritize safety for motorists and construction personnel.
• Implement and uphold traffic management plans with precision.
• Direct vehicles efficiently and communicate effectively in dynamic environments.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, remain composed under pressure, and excel in teamwork.
• Main site is based in Pakuranga, some projects may require you to work elsewhere in Auckland for a period of time

Shifts Available:

• Monday to Friday 7:00AM-5:00PM

Payrate:

• $30-35 per hour, dependent on experience and certifications.

Requirements:

• Clean Ministry of Justice (MOJ) record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) certificate.
• Flexibility to work varying hours and adapt to changing conditions.
• Knowledge of traffic control regulations and best practices.
• Physical fitness to stand for extended periods, even in adverse weather conditions.
