As a Site Traffic Management Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining smooth traffic flow and implementing vital safety measures.
Role Overview:
- Manage traffic and prioritize safety for motorists and construction personnel.
- Implement and uphold traffic management plans with precision.
- Direct vehicles efficiently and communicate effectively in dynamic environments.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, remain composed under pressure, and excel in teamwork.
- Main site is based in Pakuranga, some projects may require you to work elsewhere in Auckland for a period of time
Shifts Available:
- Monday to Friday 7:00AM-5:00PM
Payrate:
- $30-35 per hour, dependent on experience and certifications.
Requirements:
- Clean Ministry of Justice (MOJ) record.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) certificate.
- Flexibility to work varying hours and adapt to changing conditions.
- Knowledge of traffic control regulations and best practices.
- Physical fitness to stand for extended periods, even in adverse weather conditions.
