Our client is seeking dedicated individuals to fill crucial roles in managing traffic effectively. As a Traffic Controller, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining smooth traffic flow and implementing vital safety measures.
Role Overview:
Manage traffic and prioritize safety for motorists and construction personnel.
Implement and uphold traffic management plans with precision.
Direct vehicles efficiently and communicate effectively in dynamic environments.
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, remain composed under pressure, and excel in teamwork.
Shifts are 12 hours and will vary between day/night shift on a weekly basis, successful candidates will be flexible and able to work around this. This rotation doesn't happen frequently, only when required.
Requirements:
Clean Ministry of Justice (MOJ) record.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
Traffic Controller (TC and TTM) certificate.
Traffic Management Operations (TMO) certificate
Flexibility to work varying hours and adapt to changing conditions.
Knowledge of traffic control regulations and best practices.
Physical fitness to stand for extended periods, even in adverse weather conditions.
