About the company:

About the role:
Bringing your skills and expertise to the table, you will be responsible for all electrical maintenance, projects and installations throughout this critical plant. This role is located in the geographic centre of Aotearoa, beautiful Marlborough.

Some of the responsibilities include:

- Conducting maintenance and installation of low and extra low voltage systems
- Managing the maintenance and installation of automation, instrumentation and process control
- Overseeing the start-up process in the mornings
- Conducting fault finding and repair of electrical control systems and x-ray machines
- Ensure all electrical equipment on site and verifying compliance.
- Ensure required lighting levels are achieved and maintained.
- Operate within Health and safety standards at all times.
- Providing budget estimates for projects and assessing the viability of new products for the plant

About you:

- You are a qualified and registered Electrician, living in New Zealand
- Current practicing EWBRB licence is required.
- You bring 3- 5 years of hands-on experience of electrical systems and electronics.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- You have a solid track record in diagnosing problems associated with electrical and process control.
- You have experience in working with monitoring and auditing systems for compliance with regulatory standards.
