The Client:

They pride themselves at being at the forefront of sustainability. Currently, they are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a busy team.
The Role:
Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, you will oversee all plant engineering functions, including preventative maintenance, adhering to Lean methodologies and ensuring ongoing improvement is taking place. This is a leadership role and as such, you are expected to lead from the front, implement change and readily embrace the values and culture of the business.
Experience within leadership roles is essential, as well as having delivered on business improvement projects. You will have excellent communication skills, a passion for developing talent and high business acumen. Computer literacy with SAP/JDE is preferred, as well as having an appropriate tertiary qualification.

- Leadership in a manufacturing environment
- Lean/Six Sigma Training – Green Belt or higher (advantageous)
