Working with a diverse team to achieve positive outcomes for youth, this role is vital to the operation of the organisation. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management – prepare annual and monthly reports, annual accounts for audit and ensure the organisation is compliant with regulatory standards.
- Human Resources and Payroll – oversee payroll functions and provide HR support and guidance.
- Property Management – Manage the implementation of property projects.
- Staff Management – Provide leadership and guidance to our clients dedicated team.
- Collaboration – Work closely with senior leadership to support strategic goals.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial management is a must.
- Strong understanding of HR legislation, collective agreements and payroll processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate complex financial systems with ease.
