Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join their team. This role involves handling formal complaints and industry reports efficiently, ensuring adherence to regulations and rules.
The organisation is a small government agency who boast a great working culture.

The role is fast paced, interesting and collaborative with the wider team. While the work can be challenging, the environment and training are very supportive.

Key responsibilities required;

- Assessing complaints accurately and proposing suitable management pathways within agreed timelines.
- Drafting Registrar decisions and facilitating resolution processes.
- Identifying and escalating regulatory and disciplinary issues promptly.
- Maintaining clear communication with all parties involved.

Any considered candidate will have a strong complaints/dispute and case management work background. We are also looking for someone with a great attitue who enjoys coming into work.

Key competencies required;

- Ability to work independently and make decisions.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in presenting complex information clearly over the phone.
- Time management and prioritisation are key.
