The Positions:
- We have an 80 hour per fortnight full time position available as a POOL staff member, working across a number of our Disability Services located in Levin.
- A POOL staff member is a staff member that works in a variety of homes covering all of the gaps that we have available due to annual leave and training. This position means your shift pattern may change from week to week but you are provided your roster at least a fortnight in advance.
- You must be available to work both AM and PM shifts, weekdays and weekends. Ideally you will have experience and training in managing challenging behaviours.
- Your can do attitude and ability to adapt to challenging situations will make you a suitable candidate. We are looking for candidates with a desire to learn and grow within their role and wanting flexibility with hours of work, not just a standard nine-to-five. Shifts will include weekend work.
