Access Community Health is looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team of incredible Support workers for a range of Weekend Work, including day and evening shifts.
you will have to be willing and able to travel round the Hawkes Bay area, from Napier, Hastings and Havelock.
This rewarding role involves providing support and assistance to individuals in need, enabling them to lead independent and fulfilling lives.
The remuneration for this role is between $23.70 and $29.10 gross per hour depending on experience and qualifications, plus mileage and travel time as per IBT legislation!
Requirements:
-Eligibility to work in New Zealand
-Reliable transportation and a current or restricted or full NZ driver's license
-Availability to work weekends
-Genuine commitment to ongoing training and obtaining National NZQA certificates in health and wellbeing
-Must possess absolute honesty, reliability, and integrity
What we are looking for:
- Support workers for weekends only!
Responsibilities:
-Personal care - including showering, dressing and grooming.
-Cleaning, meal preparation and shopping
-Supporting rehabilitation and independence in the home and community
-Providing a friendly and supportive service to our multi-cultural client base
We offer:
-In house paid training and career progression
-Travel allowance plus expectational travel allowance outside of 15km radius
-Supportive team
-Uniform provided
