As a casual Support Worker, you'll play a crucial role in assisting individuals in their journey towards independence and daily living skills. Your responsibilities will encompass helping with tasks like public transportation, employment, financial management, and meal preparation. Depending on the work environment, you may also provide assistance with shopping, cleaning, showering, and medication administration.

No prior experience in the health and disability sector is required; we value a strong desire to pursue a career as a Support Worker and a positive attitude. We offer full training and orientation to individuals who demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Some key requirements include:

Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and sleepover shifts.
Proficiency in using computers and tablets on a daily basis.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Physical fitness to provide necessary support.
Possession of a full NZ driver's license.
