**This is a permanent, part-time role working:

As a Support Worker on the Hauraki Mobile Team, you will have excellent time management and be:
- Capable of self-managing a caseload of diverse clients living in the community.
- Proficient in utilizing technology for efficient documentation management.
- Skilled at working independently in the community, establishing networks with various stakeholders and services.
- Regularly reporting to the direct line manager to ensure adequate support for the caseload.
**You | Mou**
- A current full New Zealand driver's licence.
- A current New Zealand first aid certificate or be prepared to obtain one.
- Hold either the Level 4 New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (or a recognised equivalent) or be willing commence study towards this qualification within six months of starting with us. We offer our staff significant support to complete this study.
- Experience in working with young people and an understanding of trauma-informed care.
- Both de-escalation skills and relationship building skills.
