***The role will be working Monday to Friday - 8.00am to 4.30pm based at our Rotorua site.***
The purpose of this role is to work alongside Tangata Whaiora and complete a thorough clinical, and holistic assessment of their needs, and support them to access the appropriate services. This role sits within our Needs Assessment Coordination Support team.

We are particularly interested to hear from candidates who have a background in housing with property management, administration and strong cross team collaboration experience.

- Applicants must hold a Level 7 clinical degree in Social Work or Occupational Therapy or Mental Health nurse.
- You'll have the ability to work effectively and proactively across multiple teams both internally and externally to support our most vulnerable in the community in a tenancy setting.
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986.
- Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
- Full New Zealand driver's licence
