About the Role:

We're seeking a dynamic clinic manager to oversee day-to-day operations, driving clinic growth and upholding our core values. This is an excellent opportunity for a one-year fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, starting in mid-July 2024, with a flexible work schedule of 25-30 hours per week from 8am to 1 or 2pm, Monday to Friday. Additionally, this includes a 4-week training period in June 2024, with the contract running until mid-July 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee daily clinic operations with a focus on excellence.
  • Act as the friendly face and professional voice of the clinic, delivering exceptional service to patients and families.
  • Manage patient bookings efficiently using Cliniko, proactively handling cancellations and maintaining a full appointment schedule.
  • Handle financial transactions accurately, including pursuing outstanding invoices and supporting clinic growth through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Maintain the clinic's online presence, coordinate promotions, and manage finance-related tasks with precision.
  • Ensure clinic cleanliness and organization, stock supplies, and upkeep equipment.
  • Drive sales of clinic products to enhance patient satisfaction and revenue.
  • Assist the clinic director with administrative duties as needed.

About you:

  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Cliniko is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong leadership abilities to motivate staff towards common goals.
  • Compassionate attitude towards patients and dedication to providing high-quality care.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
