Your leadership skills will be valuable as you will be responsible for guiding junior staff Maintaining quality of food and a clean work environment Ordering, prep and stock control. You must be Wellington based.
•Be a strong and organised communicator on service and with ordering and daily prep requirements.

- Report to and work alongside the Owner Operators.

- Be responsible for working with the kitchen team producing rotating and general menu development in collaboration with management.
- Be in charge of all aspects of the daily running of the kitchen when the head chef is absent.
