Rizzo's Pizzeria & Kitchen is looking for a new Duty Manager to help lead the team!
We are based at Station Gardens amongst the hustle and bustle of those heading to Western Hutt Station. Rizzo’s is a great family venue where customers expect warm, friendly service. The menu has an Italian flair, café/restaurant vibe and a lovely outdoor area which suits family dinners during the summer.
As a Duty Manager, your role is to run the establishment on a shift by shift basis. Your primary role is to be a fantastic host to our customers and the local community. We expect all staff to know the names of our regular customers and them to get to know you. You'll be able to manage a team, pushing them to execute our vision for providing exceptional customer experiences. The successful applicant will live and breathe hospitality and ensure we continue to be known for outstanding customer experiences!
This is a part-time position with around 20 hours per week on offer with an hourly rate of $25.00p/h-$28.00p/h based on experience.

What you'll bring to the table:
- You have a current LCQ/Duty Manager's license!
- You have previous management experience in a vibrant, fast-paced restaurant!
- Ideally, you have knowledge of wage costs and targets!
- You have strong food & beverage knowledge!
- You have excellent customer service skills!
- You have experience managing teams and awesome leadership skills!
- You are motivated to smash all expectations!
