THE ROLE

Reporting to the Property Director you will play a vital role in advancing sustainability initiatives and driving positive change. You will have the opportunity to contribute to sustainability goals by developing and implementing strategies, fostering collaboration across different teams, and monitoring progress towards a more sustainable future. In addition to this you will:

  • Formulate and execute sustainability work plans and policies aligned with sustainability goals.
  • Support internal and external reporting, tracking progress, evaluating performance, and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Utilise data-driven insights and assess current practices to identify opportunities for improvement and to guide decision-making.
  • Stay updated on sustainability regulations, industry best practices, and emerging trends to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Commit to and comply with all elements of the Company's health & safety practices.

THE REQUIREMENTS

To thrive in this role, we are seeking a dedicated individual with the following qualifications and skills:

  • A bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years' experience in sustainability or environmental roles, within a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability principles, practices, and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with environmental regulations, standards, and emerging trends.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess data, identify opportunities, and drive evidence-based decision-making.
