The Role:

As our 360-degree Recruitment Consultant, you'll be:


  • A generalist handling temp, perm, and FTC placements, nurturing both client and candidate relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Focussed on new business sales and creating opportunity with attendance and care to attain the Sales KPI’s for your position.
  • Executing recruitment processes flawlessly, from advertising to placement.
  • Proactively sourcing, screening, and managing our all-star candidate base.
  • Representing PR at networking and training events.
  • Adhering to PR policies, quality systems, and procedures.
  • Embracing our vibrant company culture.
  • Travelling within New Zealand may be required.

What We're Looking For:


  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR is beneficial, however we also welcome candidates with transferable skills including proficiency in office management, sales, and administration.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities, adept at handling changing priorities, excellent problem-solving skills and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivation and a relentless drive to succeed with a can do attitude.
  • A naturally bright and friendly personality with a great sense of humour is an absolute must for our team and company!
  • Well presented, excellent written and verbal communication skills and high EQ.
  • Immaculate attention to detail.
  • Most importantly, we're seeking individuals who possess a genuine passion for building relationships with people as that is at the heart of everything we do!
