Field Service Representative- Bay of Plenty

Our client is well established and has been in the electronic payment industry for the last 30 years. It has one of the most leading electronic payment solutions brands and is one of the largest providers of electronic payment systems worldwide.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Field Service Representative will be part of the business wide terminal migration project based in Tauranga and Rotorua. You will be working from home and also out on the road. The role involves Delivering on site technical support including installation of payment hardware, providing training of our solutions and general servicing to EFTPOS NZ customers.

Permanent position

HOURS: 8AM TO 5PM (MONDAY TO FRIDAY)

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Daily installations of EFTPOS New Zealand solutions
• Provide onsite technical support
• Provide onsite training and service for ENZ products
• Resolve any issues or questions with jobs promptly by working with the team and wider business
• Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner including, near real time updates of job status into the business systems and stock management
• Complete all assigned job requests within agreed service levels
• Understand and maintain knowledge of Verifone product and services

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with technical knowledge in IT or Payments Industry
• Customer focused and are able to multi task
• High level of problem solving
• Strong communication skills in interpersonal and written
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Happy to travel and stay over night when required
• Look for sales lead opportunities
