About the Role
We are looking for a new staff member to join our Factory based in Wigram. The Machine Operator will be working in the factory environment operating machinery to manufacture our products. You will be operating a variety of machinery (which you will receive full training on) as well as completing necessary reporting and paperwork. The hours for this role are 7:30AM - 02:30PM Monday - Friday (we can also be flexible with these hours to suit your lifestyle). Please note that as we manufacturing food packaging and PPE, the importance of Health and Safety and Hygiene is critical in this role.

Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a factory-based environment is preferred
- Possess a keen and positive attitude
- Must be able to work alone and in a team
- Thorough with good attention to detail
- Great computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Good communication and able to work in a multicultural team environment
- Keen attitude to learn and to be a team player
- Physically fit as this is a manual role
- Willingness to be able to lend a hand where required and understand that no two days may be the same
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
