**THE ROLE:**
- Overseeing the dispatching of vehicles
- Overseeing operations for delivery services
- Communicating over the phone and/or radio system
- Tracking of vehicles
- Stock Control
- Completing any required relevant documentation
- To be an escalation point when required
**ABOUT YOU:**
- To be able to solve and esclate any problems or issues promtly
- The ability to understand and implement operating procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in despatch, transport or logistics with customer service skills
- The ability to multitask and display strong organisation
- High attention to detail
