- Oversee performance to identify oppurtunites for areas of improvement
- Oversee the internal recruitment for the company and oboarding and training for new staff
- Setting and reviewing budgets and managing costs
- Running the day-to-day operations including the production or distribution of products
- Production planning, production control, and quality control
- Problem solving

- Over one years experience in a Leadership role
