Production Team Leader

Our client runs a 24-hour operation as a global supply chain partner, providing their customers with sustainable packing solutions. We are on the lookout for an exceptional leader with production experience to manage a small team of 3 process workers, with a focus on health, safety and well-being. You will have experience with production volume targets and be willing to assist where required in all aspects of the business. 

Duties include but are not limited to: 

• Maintain running of processing machine. 
• Managing staff breaks, tasks and duties - ensuring these are in line with minimum targets and benchmarks.
• Oversee movement of product in and out of the facility.
• Assisting Shift Supervisor where required.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards across the factory.
• Forklift operation.

Days and hours: 

This is a permanent job opportunity; you will be required to work Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm

Requirements: 

• Pre-employment Medical.
• Ministry of Justice background check.
• Forklift experience. 
• Proficiency in MS suite
