What you’ll do:
?Manage the DAY shift schedules (4.30am till 2.00pm, Monday to Friday) and allocate resources effectively.
?Lead and motivate a team of Production Operators through training and mentorship.
?Overseeing production operations.
?Drive production efficiency and meet quality targets.
?Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
?Maintain a safe working environment and troubleshoot any issues.
Who we’re looking for:
?2+ years of production leadership experience, ideally in food manufacturing.
?A People Person, driven for Team success.
?Proficiency in operating and maintenance of high-tech machinery.
?Strong communication and organizational skills.
?Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
?IT Savvy, Intermediate level.
?Must have reliable transportation to Silverstream, Upper Hutt.
