Are you a skilled Mechanical Fitter or Assembler looking for a dynamic opportunity in the engineering sector? We're currently seeking a talented individual to join them in providing quality engineering work for the telecommunications and power industries.

 

Key Responsibilities:


  • Mechanical fitting according to project specifications.
  • Workshop-based maintenance and repairs for equipment used in the telecommunications and power sectors.
  • If experienced, operate manual turning equipment as needed to fabricate and customize components.
  • Sandblasting parts as and when required.
  • Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Follow Health & Safety protocols and Quality Assurance measures throughout all stages of work.

 

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Assembler or Fitter, preferably in a workshop environment.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using manual lathes or mills is a bonus.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
