A leading machinery provider in Christchurch is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate their fleet of machines. The right person for this role will be someone with PROVEN ADMIN WORK experience. Ideally, you will also have some experience in a trade/logistics environment and be able to handle challenging conversations.

The role:

  • Assist with sales calls and prospective clients as required
  • Maintain records and ensure compliance
  • Coordinate the yard and delivery staff
  • Dispatch equipment to job sites

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an admin/sales role
  • Good attitude and willingness to learn
  • Computer savvy
  • Valid driving licence
