As the Area Manager for NZ, you will play a crucial role in guiding their high-performing NZ teams to deliver standards of excellence and world-class customer experiences. You will oversee the NZ stores, and mentor, coach and develop the leadership teams to achieve overall targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and coach leaders to achieve their career goals and ensure a strong succession plan
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales
  • Work with teams to maximize sales, offer world-class customer experiences, and meet store targets
  • Build and maintain a phenomenal company culture of motivation and high performance
  • Set and achieve individual and store sales targets while focusing on customer satisfaction
  • Manage performance effectively and provide hands-on training to teams

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Multi-Site Manager within fashion and /or homewares retail, and ready to take on full ownership of the NZ stores
  • Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills to represent NZ retail for their brand
  • Passionate about building on an already amazing company culture and motivating teams
  • Ability to drive high performance, meet targets, and manage performance effectively
  • Experience in hands-on training, performance management, and working autonomously
