Days required: Thursday to Monday (Both weekend days required)

Hours per week: Minimum 40 hours per week:

Hourly rate: $30 - 32 per hour. Paid overtime by mutual agreement.





Job pre-requisites:
  • Previous SAP / FMCG / Inventory Control experience of 4 - 6 months.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to lift heavy objects.
  • Willing to work flexible hours in the peak season (Easter & Christmas).
  • Happy to work unsupervised.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to start work at 5 am on Mondays.



Job Description
  • Work as part of the Data team to scan in deliveries, monitor Out Of Stocks and use Inventory Reports to manage stock flow and levels in our store.
  • Create and utalise reports and inventory management systems to identify issues before they occur and design creative & preventative practices and solutions.
  • Work alongside Department Managers to upskill, understand and control their data and inventory in a day to day basis.
  • While a computer focused role there is a physical element to the job with the need to move stock / climb ladders / general lifting, twisting and bending on a daily basis.
  • Create & plan count documents for Cycle Counters and help with cycle counts as required. Ensure the Counters remain on schedule and counting deadlines are met.
  • Analyse count differences working back through processes to determine root cause.
  • Look at patterns of count differences across time to determine if there are ongoing issues.
  • Liaise with appropriate buyers over all stock related issues impacting on the smooth transition of stock into the store.
  • Summarise and report to store management on progress to plan, trends and issues.
  • Maintain and work to stock control procedures for Inwards. Keep product maintenance up to date.
  • Assist in the recording and checking of gains and losses, monitor stock in credits, and assist to maintain visibility of dated stock.
  • Monitor stock in staging areas, checking the use of reserve locations. Monitor stock in credits, expediting returns to suppliers. Isolate and handle recalls as and when required. Assist in the checking of gains and losses.
  • Assist when required in the layout and locating of products by ensuring all new products are located satisfactorily.
  • Access the required training and experience to perform the necessary operations to be informed of and provide feedback on all Stock Management policies and procedures when required.
  • Be available to staff to assist warehouse operations and make decisions.
