Online Supervisor - Full Time
Reporting to the Online Manager you will be responsible for supporting them and their 2IC in the day-to-day operation of our Online, Click and Collect shopping offer ensuring all customers continue to experience the highest possible standards of service that they have become accustomed to. You will be able to work in a big team who help each other to solve problems and reach the desired result.

- Helping time manage the department to ensure all orders are completed accurately and on time everyday
- Enhancing customer service and delivering excellent service
- Effectively resolving customer queries and complaints
- Ensuring processes and procedures are followed
- Training new team members
- Following instructions of Online and Store Management team
The right candidate will ideally possess the following attributes:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Resolute, energetic, punctual and have excellent work ethics.
- Always have a smile and can cope with the expectations of the role.
- Have good communication skills and be able to think on your feet.
- Good collaborator and lead by example
- Have good leadership skills and supervisory experience within the supermarket industry is an advantage.
