We are currently seeking an energetic, passionate staff member for our Palmerston North store. Don't have jewellery experience? No problem! We will provide you with training.

The Role:

Hours: Wednesday 8:30am-5:30pm, Fridays 9:30am-3.00pm, Saturday 10.00am-5:30pm.

• You must be flexible and available for extra hours when needed.
• Communicate effectively and contribute to the company's values and culture
• Achieve personal sales targets through achieving excellence in customer satisfaction and assist in achieving store target
• Contribute and add value to the team by demonstrating a willing "can-do" attitude
• Support your team
• Focus on attention to detail, diligence and maximising efficiency and time

About you:

• You will be energetic and enthusiastic - a real "people" person
• You will be professionally presented, well-spoken and experienced in retail sales
• Show an understanding of procedures for handling customer complaints and enquiries
• Have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty and pride in the store.
