About the role
Join an established ground engineering specialist contractor, which thrives on long-term and repeat clients. You will have autonomy and career development opportunities leading the implementation of the business development strategy, with support from the broader business of passionate leaders, marketing and delivery teams.

About you
You will come from the ground engineering industry, bringing with you technical knowledge to ensure we continue to set the industry benchmark for delivering value engineering through a collaborative, solutions-based approach with customers, with whom you will foster and build long-term relationships based on integrity and trust.

Ideally you will have a proven track record of Business Development, and we will consider the right person with strong communication and relationship building skills, with an established network and the ability to confidently and constructively engage with a broad range of clients, designers and stakeholders.

  • Proven track record building collaborative stakeholder relationships
  • Knowledge of ground engineering, slope stabilisation methodologies and drilling
