At Waikato Heatpumps, we're seeking a sales superstar to join our team and drive the growth of our air conditioning solutions. With continuous expansion and new prospects emerging regularly, our sales team is at the forefront of securing agreements with clients in various sectors.
As a member of our sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in:
Generating and following up on sales leads, assessing potential clients, and conducting site visits as needed.
Collaborating with our design and finance teams to develop air conditioning solutions and prepare quotations tailored to client needs.
Delivering compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of Waikato Heatpumps' products and services.
Providing accurate information to clients and ensuring seamless communication with our clients throughout the sales process.
Representing Waikato Heatpumps at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to elevate our brand presence and expand our network.
Delivering exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring client satisfaction from initial contact to project completion.
Staying informed about air conditioning equipment, industry trends, competitor analysis, and market demands to identify and seize new sales opportunities.
Collaborating closely with internal teams, including design, administration, and installation, to streamline communication and deliver timely quotations and pricing to clients.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
Proven experience in sales and customer engagement, with a knack for effectively communicating ideas and proposals.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage with a diverse clientele.
Strong time management abilities, autonomy in work, and a keen sense of meeting deadlines.
A positive attitude, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to teamwork.
A dedication to delivering high-quality results and striving for excellence in all tasks.
A valid NZ Driver’s License
