The Role:
- Full support to develop, whether you're currently a knife hand looking for a full apprenticeship, to qualified butchers looking to further your career
- From the whole carcass, get creative with value-added cuts, thinking about customers first
- Create, drive and deliver customer experiences worth driving past the competition for
- Own it all, the buying and selling, wastage control, face up the department and grow GP
