We are looking for a Butchery Manager to join our team at PAK'nSAVE Clarence St

We are looking for an experienced Butchery Manager to take responsibility for providing quality desirable meats at great prices, while exceeding financial targets and key measures

The Role:

• Create, drive and deliver customer experiences worth driving past the competition for
• Organising the consistent offer of quality meats from Value packs to store made sausages and small goods.
• Seek and develop product strategies to wow our customers, at prices they will drive past competitors for.
• Exceed key financial measures of CTP, Sales, Wastage, GP, stocktake accuracy
• Provide the team an awesome place to work, keeping them motivated, happy and healthy

What are we looking for:

• 6 months experience with SAP Buyers Workbench at a high proficiency is crucial (6 months use in a Butchery environment preferred)
• 1 years experience managing a Butchery, an experienced Butcher with knowledge of all aspects of a retail Butchery preferred.
• Excellent record of compliance with food safety and other legislative requirements.
• Leadership capability you can demonstrate , and an ability to listen, advise and come up with operationally savvy, customer driven solutions
• Logical operational thinking, reasoning and problem solving
• Applied performance coaching, training and development of your people, including supporting through apprenticeship.
