Stellar Recruitment have teamed with a flooring specialist that work on residential and large-scale commercial projects, specializing in comprehensive floor covering installations, spanning from carpet, carpet tiles, to commercial and domestic vinyl, timber, and laminate. Our clientele ranges from esteemed blue-chip corporations to individual homeowners.
We're currently seeking a driven individual with substantial experience in flooring installation to fortify our internal installation team. Key qualifications for this role include:
- Excellent physical fitness
- Extensive expertise in various floor covering installations, particularly in carpet and vinyl, with advantageous proficiency in laminate, timber, carpet tiles, and floor preparation
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, leading by example
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with team members and clients
- Willingness to share knowledge and mentor others
