As a Yard Despatch Customer Service Representative at CARTERS Onehunga, your primary objective will be delivering top-notch service to our building trade customers. In this active and physical role, you'll be indispensable across the dry shed and timber yard.

• Quickly and efficiently pick, assemble and load orders.
• Recommend suitable products, tailored to customer preferences.
• Sustain inventory levels and ensure seamless stock replenishment.
• Creating efficient delivery schedules and coordinate with drivers
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards through general branch housekeeping.

About You

You will be the perfect fit for this role if you are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and have the following skills, qualities, and certifications:

• Valid FULL New Zealand Driver's Licence
• Forklift F Endorsed Licence with OSH Certificate
• Someone who values teamwork and approaches tasks with a positive mindset.
• Capable in navigating computer systems with a firm grasp of technology.
• Physically fit
• Building industry knowledge is beneficial.
