Original phone (I have the box) was damaged, and under insurance the entire handset has been replaced. I have all documentation showing change from older SN/IMEI to the new.

The phone has never been used, still in the box - only opened to take some pictures to show no damage.

Hi, please read the original description. It’s brand new in terms of the handset/phone itself but through an insurance claim. It’s got a new IMEI/SN I was told on pick up it’s brand new. It’s a replacement phone under insurance, it has a new SN/IMEI but it says on the documentation received any warranties have been transferred from the older device to this new one, so no, in this circumstance no warranties are included. jaceymeanz (5) • Friday, 19 April 2024
