This phone works perfectly, only selling as I upgraded. As per the photos the screen has a couple of small cracks/grazes, one on each corner. Does not affect the phone operation at all. This phone comes with the Otter Box as pictured. When the Otter Box is used the screen imperfections are hardly visible.

Hiya, If its been factory reset, can you confirm its not google or samsung locked (i.e. you removed both accounts BEFORE doing the factory reset. Could I get you to post a photo of the phone on, with a white background? the google search page is good for this. Ta heaps! The thing with the Google/Samsung account, is that if you don't remove them BEFORE doing the factory reset, whoever buys the phone, will need those details to put into the phone to unlock it. It's called FRP (factory reset protection), a security feature that's been around since V5 (Lollipop). It'll look like it's goin thru the setup but it'll come to a point where it asks for the acc details..you can go thru it to check, & just redo the factory reset. Saves a hassle later on.
