Big Tree Motor Oil 1/4 Imperial Gallon Tin

Up for sale is a genuine vintage Big Tree Motor Oil tin.

What makes this one very unusual is its size as this example is for only 1/4 Imperial Gallon

It measures just 155mm high x 107mm x 70mm and the height with the top is 180mm.

The tin has had a covering of old oil which looks to have kept it from rusting and the graphics are pretty good for its age.

I have tried to find another example of this size but it appears they are quite uncommon.

The photos comprise of shots taken inside , outside and with a flash.

In my opinion the photos taken outside look to be the closest to colours etc.

A nice piece for the Big Tree Motoring collection.
