This 2001 Audi s6 is in good condition for its age and milage. 250kw 4.2L V8, more smiles per gallon than miles per gallon but not bad on long trips.

Mechanically engine runs well. Transmission is possibly showing its age as its a bit slow to change gears after a cold start, but is fine after its warmed up a bit. Suspension or something tends to creak going into/out of driveways and when taking off/stopping but no issues noted on its recent WOF perhaps just a noisy bushing? The front windows also need a helping hand occasionally to close. Car did have an oil leak from the oil pressure switch not long after i got it so under the car is pretty oily/grimy but any leaks that are still present are relatively minor.

Cosmetically the outside is presentable enough. The clearcoat is peeling on the roof which is the most obvious flaw, there is also some damage on the front bumper consistent with a steep driveway or something similar. Paint would benefit from a cut and polish otherwise the exterior still looks pretty good.

The interior is also tidy, being the S6 it has Recaro electrically adjustable heated bucket seats which are probably worth a fair bit by themselves. Only just starting to show the start of some wear on the drivers seat bolster and the cup holder is missing the trim from the front (still functions as a cup holder). The rest of the interior looks great.

I have described this car to the best of my ability, it is sold as is where is due to the age and nature of the vehicle. Inspections and test drives are encouraged. It has been fun for a while but I really dont have too much of a need for it.
