BLOWN HEAD GASKET!
Can be driven on to a trailor. Will suit a motor swap or head gasket replacement.
Economical 1900cc 118hp inline 4, has been my daily driver for about 5 years, clocking about 50,000km in that time. Has had complete cooling system overhaul, new front lower control arms, rear shock absorbers, 4 brand new tyres, new front SRS Airbags, full service (air/oil/fuel filters) and a full interior detail only shortly before #4 cylinder started chewing coolant.
Body is more or less straight, with only a small ding below the fuel flap, another small ding on the face of the boot lid, some scratches on left rear door. Bonnet has paint fade. Sitting on genuine 16" BBS wheels (factory BMW fitment) on near new (less than 5000km) tyres. Recent WOF, and rego until December. Still has half a tank of 95 octane fuel too.
I would love to keep this car, but I have another BMW (E66) that needs my financial attention, therefore have decided to list the E46.

The engine currently fitted to the vehicle got hot, therefore, I would recommend getting the head thoroughly inspected.
