1972 Ford Mk 3 Cortina, Pre-Facelift
Reluctantly selling my Pre-Facelift 1972 Mk 3 Cortina AUT. Good project car for someone. The engine runs but will need to be treated as a rolling body and either towed or trailered away. Live plates, Rego on hold. Bought it in 2003 from a barn, and has been kept in a garage ever since. Had most of the body rust repaired years ago (with documentation). Some minor surface rust and a hole in the left front door sill. Installed a 2L in 2010 but ran out of money to get it certified. Engine runs, I had it turning over today. Have a complete set of spare panels, glass and seats from a '75 Facelift donor car. Also a lot of spare parts and wheels (see photos, though more available that could not be included in photo limit) Has 13” deep-dish Trident mags, but the tyres are damaged from being too big (225/60/13) so will need a smaller size fitted.
