Volkswagen Passat 2001 - Overheated engine

Description
Radiator fan seized and overheated the engine. Fixed now but still over heats quickly. Not sure exactly what's wrong but I don't have the skill to fix it anyway. Have professionally replaced some parts recently.

Car won't start again after I drove home from the mechanic.
Brand new rear wheel bearings, relatively new CV joints, engine mounts and other assorted small parts.
Peeling clear coat, scratches and small rust spots. Otherwise everything works great.
Suitable for parting out but you could probably fix it too. The interior is clean but could do with a professional groom.
Clear title with no money owing. Feel free to come have a look at it.
