Fleece inner- fully lined. Hood. Domes underneath.

Has hole for lead on collar.

As padded, I have measured garment from inside to get more accurate measurements. Underarm to underarm approx. 34 cm Length from collar to end approx. 32 cm

If picking up, can be from either Ellerslie or Papakura.
