In good used condition, may have some fur on it but it has been washed. It clips over the headrest and around the car seat. It let's small dogs see out the window with piece of mind for you. It has an adjustable clip for the collar and is short enough so they can't jump out or injure themselves. All straps are adjustable and the interior is washable. Great safety seat for your pup.
