Animal enclosure / pig sty / pen. I understand it was used for pigs, but I'm unsure. Could also be used for puppies, cats, kittens, or another animals. Could have a roof or chicken wire over the top to stop animals escaping. This is on a property we have bought, but we have no need for it.

It has a concrete panel, post and side system. Measures approximately 2.6m x 2.8m and 1.2m high. Inside it has a separate compartment, and the rest is in an L shape.

This could also have other uses, as large paving stones, retaining walls or a fence.

The buyer will be responsible for removing this from the ground, and carting everything away. The posts are likely well into the ground, and could take some effort to remove. The concrete is very heavy, so it will take some effort to lift. Hence the low start price.

I note this is in a paddock in Upper Charlton, 10 minutes from Gore. It will be easy to drive up beside it with your truck or trailer.
