This rabbit hutch is listed for only $1 because it will require repairs, I am sure a handy-man can would find it useful to build a new hutch from perhaps. It would need a piece across the front under the 'bedroom' as we removed it when we added another hutch on to make things roomier for our bunnies. The bare bones are here but it has been well loved indeed, roof would need fixing etc, is very well loved, has been chewed etc, BEST AS A RE-BUILD! The fencing / cage is also listed for sale
