Well-known in Rotorua for ensuring our residents feel that this is ‘their home’, Cantabria is set amongst beautifully landscaped gardens just a hop, skip and jump from the town centre where you’ll find all the essentials and more.

We offer everything from a hydro pool to physiotherapy, hair salon, health checks, scooter bay and convenience shop. We have a range of recreational activities including a singing group, exercise programmes, arts and crafts, quizzes, and social gatherings. Our facility van and coaches are always on hand for outings.

KEY FEATURES Golf Wing Apartment 2 is located on private village grounds, has a light and spacious interior, and a peace of mind maintenance service. The apartment has a kitchen, separate bathroom and two balconies - providing scenic views.

MONTHLY OUTGOINGS The monthly village outgoing fee is $696.00. This is a charge payable as a contribution towards the recovery of all costs, charges, expenses, fees and other outgoings incurred by us in maintaining, supervising and operating the Village from year to year.
