KEY FEATURES Villa M is located on private village grounds, has a friendly community, and a peace of mind maintenance service. The Villa has a full kitchen, separate bathroom, laundry and heatpump for winter comfort. The 2-bedroom space provides pleasant living. The Villa also has a patio area - providing an outdoor space.

MONTHLY OUTGOINGS The monthly village outgoing fee is $683.00. This is a charge payable as a contribution towards the recovery of all costs, charges, expenses, fees and other outgoings incurred by us in maintaining, supervising and operating the Village from year to year.
