KEY FEATURES Villa 43 is located on private village grounds, has good sun, and a peace of mind maintenance service. The Villa has a full kitchen, separate bathroom, laundry and heatpump for winter comfort. The Villa is open plan and great for entertaining.

MONTHLY OUTGOINGS The monthly village outgoing fee is $683.00. This is a charge payable as a contribution towards the recovery of all costs, charges, expenses, fees and other outgoings incurred by us in maintaining, supervising and operating the Village from year to year.
