What a true gem to deal with. I wanted to return back to using a foundation pen after almost 40 years since I actually used one. I was overwhelmed about what was the right one for me personally. Charles repaired my wife's leaking Pilot pen with a cracked section. He also refurbished my Conway Stewart. He has outstanding skills and provides very good value for money.

Awesome service. I send Charles my Conway Stewart Dinkie. The sac had perished and I wished to have it restored to working order. Charles is great to deal with. His turn-around time is fast. The pen he returned to me is wonderful. He stripped and cleaned it and replaced the petrified bladder. The pen is now in glorious condition and writes beautifully. I can't speak highly enough of Charles and his service.

Sent him my two Sheaffers Touchdown 1950s for sacs and barrel replacement and what I received from him is much far from I expected. He treated my pens like they are his and the price is very reasonable. Now I have got my writing hobby back after years and could not express how happy I am now. Thank you very very much, Charles.

I tentatively sent my 80 year old Parker Vacumatic to PRS for a sac replacement, I should not have been so worried! It was returned in perfect working order (the plunger was a bit stiff initially, but this was to be expected) it was also cleaned and now writes like a dream. It has now become my favourite writer. It took a little time to service and return, but the price is very reasonable and as he states these refurbishments are a hobby and not a business for him. Thank you PRS very satisfied.
