Anita has a Master Practitioners Certificate in NLP, a Diploma in hypnotherapy as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling (from Massey University). She also has numerous qualifications in counselling modalities including a Certificate in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT). EMDR; EFT; Understanding the effects of Trauma, (PTSD) understanding and working with Dissociation, Anger Management, Stress Management, sexual harassment, spiritual abuse and more.

Anita's main passion for therapy is in NLP, EMDR, RET and Clinical Hypnotherapy, as these therapies are solution-focused and produce fast and lasting results.
